Reports are coming in that an ARMAGUARD truck has been fired upon in front of the Broadway Shopping Centre. Police are on the scene and their investigation has begun. Police are combing the streets for bullets and bullet casings. A glass canopy above the van reportedly had a bullet hole come through it. Bay Street has been closed off. It is believed that the robbers left the scene without any stolen cash.
The occupants of the van were not harmed.
