Support Article Writing

At Employment Hero, my primary role involves the creation of compelling and informative content to support our software platform, including writing help center articles, producing product walkthrough and feature release videos, and building web pages, such as the EH Customer Success Hub and regional EOFY pages, to enhance user experience. Utilising exceptional writing skills, technical knowledge, and creative flair to craft engaging content that meets our high standards for quality and accuracy.

Video Editing

As the video editor for the CX function, one of my main functions is to create video content to support the customer journey. This includes, but is not limited to, webinars and educational content, customer communications, and product release marketing videos.

Web Page Building

Creating a number of web pages within the Employment Hero Help Centre pertaining to specialised content around important events, just as End of Financial Year for Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, the UK and New Zealand, and designing elements on the Help Centre homepage to support current company themes. This includes highlighting specific articles on the homepage to promote employment and candidate opportunities.
