As a Customer Service Executive at Stan, my role required me to respond to customer questions regarding accounts, technical issues and privacy. I achieved an email FRT of 3-minutes, 96% CSAT and numerous ProductReviews regarding my customer service. I have also been involved in the operations for events such as Wimbledon, Roland Garros, the Australian Open and the UEFA Champions League.
